Capt. Kennedy Hernandez has been a Licensed Captain in Guatemala for over 10 years and prior to that a Mate for nearly 20. Born and raised in Coastal Guatemala he has been fishing offshore locally as Mate and/or Captain for over 30 years. Traveling and Fishing many international destinations such as Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Cape Verde, The Seychelle Islands, as well as The United States in Ocean City, Maryland, North Carolina and Delaware. Over the years he has broadened his knowledge and honed his tactics in both Conventional Bait and Switch Pitchbait Fishing as well as Flyfishing. Hunting the rip with a keen eye for signs of fish on the water while having a good grasp on local fishing techniques and a solid network he will guide you to an enjoyable adventure in the deep.

This 1988 cold molded jig built Vessel has undergone a complete refit including new power with twin Cummins 6CTA 8.3L Engines with ZF Transmissions, new Northernlights 6kw Gen-set, added fuel capacity and full restoration from bow to stern keel to hardtop. Air Conditioned Salon, Galley, Bunks and Head help to make the solid ride of this rig as comfortable as can be. State of the art Furuno electronics upgrades including 6kw Radar as well as TruEcho CHIRP Fish-Finder and Starlink capabilities will keep us on the fish and safely navigate out to the fishing grounds and back to the slip.
